Maintenance terms
The maintenance period starts from the day the end user purchases the product.
Except for protective products, most of TESNA's commercial products have one year of original maintenance from the date of purchase, and household appliances/products have one year of original maintenance (see attached table on the next page for details). From the date of purchase within the specified maintenance period, if there is any damage or malfunction of the product, which is confirmed by our technical personnel to have occurred under normal use, our company will provide free repair services.
Maintenance services
Customers from Hong Kong/Macau, China:
If customers find any problems with the TESNA product after purchasing it, they can directly contact the TESNA customer service center.
If it is necessary to provide repair services, please bring the product and purchase documents to the TESNA customer service center in person, or send the problematic products to the TESNA customer service center for testing by express/mail. If it is confirmed that the product cannot operate normally due to physical reasons, TESNA customer service center will repair or replace the product. If the customer chooses to send or receive the relevant product by express delivery/mail, the shipping cost will be borne by the user.

Warranty requirements
When making a warranty claim, customers must provide or present:
a) Products (or affected components);
b) Original purchase documents that are clear and readable without modification. The document must clearly display the seller's name, purchase date, product type or its serial number; If not provided, our company has the right not to provide repair services or may charge fees for related repairs.
c) Limited warranty does not apply to the following situations:
d) 1 This limited warranty does not apply to any third-party software, settings, content, data, or connections, regardless of whether the third-party software, configurations, content, data, or connections are included in or downloaded into the product, and regardless of whether they are included in the product during installation, assembly, transportation, or delivery or obtained by you in any way. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, TESNA does not guarantee that it can meet your requirements or be used in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third-party vendors; TESNA does not guarantee that the software will run uninterrupted or without any errors, or that any defects in the software are correctable or will be corrected.
2. This limited warranty does not apply to:
a) Normal wear and tear
b) The transportation costs incurred by the product due to round-trip transportation between end users and the TESNA customer service center
c) Defects caused by rough handling
d) Defects or damages caused by improper use of the product, including defects or damages caused by failure to follow the warnings or instructions of TESNA regarding the product (such as those stated in the TESNA user manual)
e) Incorrect operations such as illegal power connection, as well as water and dirt seeping into the product causing damage to the product
f) Damage to products caused by uncontrollable accidents or natural disasters
g) Other behaviors beyond TESNA's reasonable control
3. If, in TESNA's reasonable judgment, the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone outside of TESNA's customer service center, or unauthorized parts have been used to repair the product, or the product serial number, accessory date code, or TESNA has been tampered with or difficult to identify for any reason, then this limited warranty will not apply.
4. If the product has been exposed to moisture, humidity, or extreme temperature or environmental conditions, or has been exposed to rapid changes in the aforementioned conditions, or has been corroded, oxidized, splashed by food or liquids, or affected by chemicals, resulting in battery short circuits or damage, this limited warranty will not apply.
Other important statements
All components or other equipment of products that have been replaced by TESNA shall become the property of TESNA.
If it is found that the product requiring warranty is not covered by this limited warranty, TESNA Customer Service Center reserves the right to charge a fee.
Please make sure to make backups or keep written records of all important content and data stored in your product, as such content and data may be lost or damaged during the use, maintenance, or replacement of the product. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, TESNA shall not be liable, express or implied, for any damages or losses caused by the loss or damage of product storage content or data under any circumstances.
