Return and Exchange Notice
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled
TESNA does not offer returns.
Exchange items can only be exchanged for the same item.
Any damage or malfunction caused by unopened use or non-human defects must be avoided, and the complete original packaging (including outer packaging paper boxes) and receipt must be retained. Otherwise, no exchange will be accepted.
Exchange cannot be accepted in the following situations:
1. More than seven days after store purchase/express delivery.
2. The product has been opened for use, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as dirt, malfunction, damage, wear and tear, scratches, and dirt.
3. Slight creases on the outer packaging paper box do not affect the quality of the product itself.
4. The packaging of the exchanged goods is damaged or incomplete, or the receipts and accessories are incomplete.
5. Malicious or large-scale exchange.
6. Applying for an exchange due to personal factors.
